Born and raised in Metairie, Louisiana, Jason Graffeo started working in the restaurant industry during high school, working his way through the ranks in different front-of-the-house positions. After graduating from University of New Orleans with a degree in political science and plans to become a lawyer, Jason decided at the last minute to make food & beverage his career.
From 2011 until 2019, Jason was Director of Operations-Retail at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. In 2019, he took the opportunity to be part of the expansion of the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport, where he managed retail operations in the new terminal. Jason joined Link Restaurant Group as General Manager at La Boulangerie in 2021. He lives with his wife and two kids in LaPlace.
